Cover backs with cachets

There are many Scout cachets that are known applied only to the backs of covers.   Where the front also bears a different but known cachet, the Levy # is referenced.   Some covers are cacheted front as well as back, but only the backs have a Scouting reference.   Finally, some labels are used as seals on the back of covers that bear no cachet on the front.
